This Year Will Be Different

Hello Everyone!  I said this year will be different and so far, so good.  I said I was going to get an early start making my cards for Christmas this year so I wouldn't be running behind and I have stuck to that.  I have been working at home and on Saturday my friend and I met with others from the class at church and we had a day of fun.  We will be getting together again in November.  I haven't stopped to blog in a while, so I thought I would do it now.  Here are the cards I have made and wanted to share with you.  There are quite a few, so enjoy.  Also, my friend has some to share so hop on over to her blog at  cardswww.scrappinsistascafe.blogspot.com

Hello Everyone!  I had to write a quick blog tonight before I go to bed.  Today was spent with my friend making Christmas Cards.  It' s been a long time since we have got together.  It was so enjoyable.  I made 5 each of 2 designs.  I had already made 5 each of 2 designs before we met, but I haven't had time to post them.  So here they all are.  Hope you like them and again I want to thank everyone who has given me inspiration.  So until next time . . . . .

                Getting a Headstart

Before you know it Christmas will be right upon us.  This year I decide to get a headstart on making my Christmas cards.  Usually I am pressed to get finished because I waited until the last minute to get started.  I'm making five of each design, so right now I have 40 made.  Don't know exactly how many I will need to make this year but I usually do between 80 and 100.  My friend and I will be meeting with some more ladies next Saturday in hopes of having a lot of fun while working together on our cards.  Really looking forward to that since it's been so long since we have got together.
I realize it's been a long time since I have posted on my blog.  I have really missed it, but sometimes life brings about a change.  Sometimes life causes you to go in other directions.  I have been busy adjusting to life as a married lady.  I thank God for my husband and my new extended family.  I've also been through surgery and still recovering.  My desire now is to get back into making some cards and doing some scrapbooking.
Here are the cards I have made so far and by the way, I want to thank everybody on Pinterest and other places that I used to get and gain my inspiration.
So until next time,  Live simply. Love generously. Care deeply. Speak kindly. Leave the rest to God.
