Hello Everyone! It was not only our card class day, but the 50th birthday of our fearless leader Lanette. She didn't know we had planned on surprising her today. We had all made her birthday cards along with a few gifts, cake and homemade ice cream. oh, and some balloons too! She was outdone that I could keep it from her. It was so much fun. Then it was down to business. Here are some pictures from today's activities. Oh Yeah, I must mention on January 26th, it will be my birthday. I'll be 53. See you next time . . . . .
I just love, love, love cardmaking and scrapbooking. Come on and take a look, but be careful because it's addictive.

Classwork for today
Hello everyone! We had a very busy day today. Here are the cards I made for today's class. We are using a grading system this year, which consist of several points. Of course, there will be some incentives for their participation. We still want to have fun, but we also want to see that our teaching is paying off. We believe what we have in store for this year is going to please our class. Hope these cards will give you the inspiration to make some of your own. Thanks to the cardmakers and bloggers for their ideas and creations. Can't wait until our next class in February.
